 story 001    

A young businessman has just started his own firm. He rented a nice office and had it furnished with antiques. Sitting in his brand new chair, he sees a man coming into his office. 

Wishing to appear busy, the businessman picks up the phone and starts to pretend he is working on an important deal, throwing huge figures around and making giant commitments. 

After going on for five minutes, he finally hangs up and asks the visitor, 
"Can I help you?" 

The man says, "Sure. I've come to install the phone!"

A man walks into a hardware store and asks for a chain saw that will cut ten trees in one hour. The salesman recommends the latest model, and the man is so impressed that he buys it on the spot. 

The next day the man brings back his new chain saw and says, 
"You liar! This stupid thing is useless! It took a whole day to cut down one single tree!"

So the salesman takes the chain saw and turns on the switch to see what's wrong, and the man says, "What's that noise?"
